The VC high-speed mixer is a new mixing equipment developed by our company based on advanced technology. It enhances the mixing efficiency, enabling the particles to be fully mixed and dispersed, and achieving uniform mixing at the micron level. It has a wide range of applications, such as strong mixing of slurries, liquids, and powders, as well as ball formation, dispersion, drying, granulation, and coating.
The product is fed into the device through the top of the conical mixing chamber, with the feeding range being between 30% and 100%. There is a high-speed rotating shaft at the top of the equipment, which eliminates the sealing design and bearings in the product area. On the shaft, there are paddle-type mixing components that are closely attached to the inner wall. Through the combined action of the high-speed rotating stirrers and the conical inner chamber, the product is transported from the bottom to the upper part of the mixing chamber. When the product reaches the top, it falls back to the center of the mixing chamber. This method of product transportation forms a rapid macroscopic mixing.
